Win96 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the win96 platform via win96.click or our official mobile app, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our platform.

2. Account Creation and Security
To access the full services of the win96 platform, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account username and password. win96 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available. All activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access through your negligence.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the win96 support team immediately at [email protected]. win96 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to secure their own account credentials.
- Registration information must be truthful, accurate, and belong to you personally.
- One person, one account — multiple accounts will be suspended.
- Do not share your login credentials with any other party.
- Report any suspicious activity on your account immediately.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the win96 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. Any use of the platform for fraud, money laundering, or activities that contravene Malaysian law is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Strictly Prohibited Activities
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to probe or exploit any security vulnerabilities in the platform.
- Registering using a false identity or another person's information without their consent.
- Manipulating or abusing win96's promotions, bonuses, or payment systems.
- Taking any action that may compromise the integrity or reputation of the platform.
Win96 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure, freezing of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities, without prior notice to the user involved.
4. Payment Information and Transactions
All financial transactions on the win96 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). win96 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods, including TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, RHB Online Banking, and other local e-banking options. The list of available payment methods is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Deposit
All deposits made through the platform are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposit amounts and details are accurate before confirming any transaction. win96 is not liable for any deposit errors made by the user.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to the required identity verification process. win96 may request additional supporting documents before approving a withdrawal to ensure transaction security. Withdrawal processing times are typically between one (1) and three (3) business days, depending on the chosen method.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by win96 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each campaign. Rollover requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn. win96 reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through illegitimate means or in breach of the promotion rules.
5. Limitation of Liability and Account Policies

Account Suspension and Closure
Win96 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, the user's own request, or legal compliance requirements. Upon account closure, any valid remaining balance (after deducting any bonuses subject to conditions) will be returned to the user via the original payment method, subject to the relevant verification process.
Intellectual Property
All content on the win96 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software code — is the property of win96 and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or exploiting any platform content without explicit written permission from win96.
